Halloween in Korea

Here are some pics from Halloween, as you probably guessed it isn't really celbrated in Korea, so it was a bit hard to find the costumes. These first two pics are taken in Julie's apartment, I'm actually wearing her striped shirt. After a few beers at the apartment we went to the Red Rock for the Halloween party.Here's a pic of Neil as Popeye and Sara as a Devil. I thought he would win the costume competition for sure.

We had to leave early that night because we had to leave the next morning for Soeul at 6:30am to go to a Teacher's Conference. We didn't get to stay for the announement of who won the costume competition, but when we left I was leading in votes for the guys. Unfortuneately I didn't win, I'm not sure what place I came in, but English/Russian Dave, took home the trophy. Fittingly enough it was a big bottle of Vodka. I guess he was meant to win. Maybe if it was rum, the pirate would've won. YYYYAAARRRRRGGGGGGGGG
